Asher Alavi is an associate with KTMC’s Whistleblower Representation and False Claims Act Litigation Practice Group.  Asher focuses his practice exclusively on whistleblower litigation, particularly cases brought under the qui tam provisions of the federal False Claims Act.

Asher has worked on a variety of whistleblower cases involving fraud against government programs, including cases involving healthcare fraud, kickback violations, and government contract fraud. Asher has devoted his entire post-college career to working on behalf of whistleblowers, both as a lawyer and as an advocate for whistleblower rights.  During law school, Asher served as a Note Editor for Boston College Law School’s Journal of Law and Social Justice, and interned with the Department of Justice’s Office of Professional Responsibility.
